« Condamnés à ne jamais naître » de Moïse Inandjo sur le marché

© Afreepress (Lomé, le 15 août 2013) — L’écrivain togolais Moïse Olouwandara Inandjo (photo) a dédicacé jeudi son œuvre intitulée « Condamnés à ne jamais naître ». C’était au cours d’une cérémonie de dédicace qui a connu la participation de plusieurs personnalités du monde de la littérature, judiciaire et de la médecine.

Ce livre de 111 pages revient sur les douleurs, les malheurs et la joie de la vie. L’œuvre sensibilise l’opinion sur les méfaits de l’avortement, « un sujet très sensible et d’actualité », selon son auteur.

Ce livre a été écrit, indique M. Inandjo, pour d’abord répondre à une passion, celle de l’écriture. « J’ai été touché par un fait dans un village, une fille est tombée et les gens ont accouru pour la sauver. Lorsque j’ai poussé la curiosité, j’ai su que la cause de son malaise provenait d’un avortement. On a administré dans son vagin des tiges au bout desquelles il y a un produit pour qu’elle puisse perdre l’enfant non désiré qu’elle portait », a témoigné avec émotion l’écrivain.

Au Togo, l’avortement est légalement autorisé dans 4 cas : lorsque la vie de la mère est en danger, en cas de viol ou d’inceste et lorsque le fœtus est mal formé.

Le livre a été édité par la maison d’édition « Continents ».
